Norton Password Manager doesn't have all the bells and whistles of TraySafe or RoboForm, but is the most user-friendly of any software in this review-very effective for the everyday Internet user.

Features set:
This program only stores the basics like username, password and website URLs. There is a feature for both personal information and credit card information. This software is sufficient for most users who plan to access email accounts, bank accounts and other secure websites.

Norton Password Manager is missing a web launch feature; this means there is no way to link to your web sites through the password program.

Easiness of use:
Norton Password Manager is the easiest program to use that we reviewed. There is no guesswork, everything is self explanatory.

After you visit a web site which requires logon information, Norton will prompt a save option. You choose "yes" or "no". If you choose to save the information, every time you visit that web site, the program will automatically fill in your password information. You can also fill in this information prior to surfing the Internet.

Easiness of installation:
Norton Password Manager is easy to install. The program is designed to avoid confusion. The software will require you to reset your computer once installed.

Help/Support:
There is a user guide built into the program and a link directly to the Systmatic web page. You can contact systematic via phone or email. They answered our emails in less than a day. We also received a follow-up email to ensure all our questions were answered and problems fixed.

Security:
The security on this password manager program is not quite as impressive as the other programs. Norton relies on you to make up your own passwords. There is no password generator. Although, it will prompt you on the strength of your chosen passwords indicating weak or strong.

This program is unique in setting the personal strength of your security which includes prompting your master password at timed intervals.

In the end, Norton Password Manager isn't the most impressive piece of software we reviewed; nevertheless, what it lacks in features it makes up in ease of use. This could be a good program for the computer novice or someone who doesn't want to bother with more complicated password management software.
